How can I check how and when my purchase will be provided?
Ask about timing before ordering if a particular date is essential. If an order contains several parts, check whether they are provided together or separately.
What should I do if the product seems different from its description?
Ask for clarification if product terminology may explain the apparent mismatch. If the selected option changed during ordering, review the final record carefully.
What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?
Identify the exact issue the proposed action is intended to resolve. Do not assume a vague assurance describes a specific remedy.
